Re-Taking History is a self guided photo walking tour.  Pick up a map from McDonough Square merchants or at the Welcome Center.  Look for the Black stone markers imbedded in the sidewalks around town that have a historic McDonough photograph etched into the stone.  Sand at the stone and point your camera in the direction it shows to re-take that photo as it looks today.  You are standing in the exact same spot as the original photographer stood many years ago.  See more at www.retakinghistory.com

Do you wish you could hear your departed Grandmother telling you a family story again ?  Or your Father talking about a big fish he caught.  We record audio stories to preserve for future generations. We provide these stories as digital files in three different formats.
